the main political and cultural center of Nicaragua, and the most populated.
Indeed, one out of four Nicaraguans lives in Managua. In recent years, Managua has experienced an economic booming that has raised the capability of the city to receive travelers, and investors among them.

Learn the Spanish Language in Managua, Nicaragua: Located on the southern shore of Lake Managua, the second largest lake of the Nicaragua, Managua is
the most populated city in Nicaragua. Managua is a great base for travel to any place in Nicaragua; both the Pacific and Caribbean coasts are very easy to reach from this capital city.

The city of Managua has a combination of older neighborhoods, shanty towns and newer residential areas. The raising middle income class in Nicaragua has been noticeable grown since the end of an almost 50-years war in 1990.

the street goes from the well-known “Plaza España” landmark to the Parque
El Carmen (El Carmen Park). Moreover, Residential Bolonia is an up and coming shopping area and has a variety of hotels, restaurants, shops and embassies.

in quickly and efficiently establishing a firm foundation Spanish, Ave Nicaraguita immersion programs help students to communicate effectively and introduce them
to Nicaraguan social and cultural life. The school now has two language centers in Granada and in Masatepe. Through partnership with local schools, Ave Nicaraguita operates programs in Leon, Esteli and San Juan del Sur. For other campuses in Leon, Esteli and San Juan del Sur may decide on the transfer to these places while on-site in Granada or in Managua. Notably, the “Flor de Pochote” Eco-Farm campus in Masatepe, Masaya is a great destination for international students and their companions; the campus is located near a volcano and a crater lake.
