How to enroll into our program?
If you are NOT in Nicaragua
To enroll into any of our study program options is very simple
First, email us at infonica@avenicaraguita.com to
let us know of your interest
in visiting Nicaragua and our Spanish school. We will email you
back confirming
the recipient of your message. Emailing us is optional, but it is
recommended to be sure that a communication channel has been established.
If you do not hear from us within 2 working days email us once again
to sandraespinozamadrigal@gmail.com
Second, fill out the registration form
and send it to us via email infonica@avenicaraguita.com and
cc: sandraespinozamadrigal@gmail.com together
with a copy of your partial payment, or indicating that you have
sent such payment (see below for details). Two working days after
emailing us those documents, you will receive a confirmation message
about your enrollment.

If you require a VISA to enter Nicaragua
Prospective students from many countries of Asia,
Africa and Eastern Europe
may be required a visa to enter Nicaragua. Students may be required
by the Nicaraguan consulate in their countries to show a letter
of acceptance and a confirmation of their enrollment.
The consulate may ask students to meet other requirements, but
it will be
the whole responsibility of the students to comply with them and
get
the Nicaraguan visa. In theses cases, we will extend the letter
of acceptance and will confirm the enrollment for students signing
in for immersion programs
of two weeks at least (i.e. Expanded Program).
Students must pay in full the 2-week immersion program, sending
the payment
to Ave Nicaraguita in Granada, Nicaragua, via Western Union -or
any other reliable money-transfer provider-. Ave Nicaraguita is
a registered business,
and as such can be specified as the recipient of this payment. If
a Nicaraguan visa is not granted to a student, Ave Nicaraguita will
transfer back the money
to the applicant. The re-imbursement will be in FULL minus the Western
Union fee and $ 50 (fifty US dollars) school administration fee.

Partial payment
There is a USD $50 deposit to reserve
your place in the program. This deposit
will be fully applied toward your program fee. You are expected
to pay
the deposit with at least 10 working days in advance of, and you
will get
a 5% discount over your total.
If the total cost of the program of your choice is lower than the
referred
figure, full payment is required for reservation, minus the 5% discount.

There are several options
to make this deposit:
You can order a payment or order
a transfer from your online banking to
our Bank of America account (located in the USA-ask account number
to
infonica@avenicaraguita.com / infousa@avenicaraguita.com).
Payment can be made with regular money order, international money
order,
bank check or personal check. Make your check payable to
"Espinoza Professional Services," indicating for "Ave Nicaraguita
deposit."
Send the envelope to Espinoza Professional Services 2506 E. First

Online baking transfer is also possible, and some banks do not
charge for
this service. Bank wire transfer is possible (but there may be an
additional fee from the bank to you).
Note:
In all cases, full payment is required before your first class.
You are welcome to complete your payment at our language center.
Cash is accepted, as well as other payment options, including money
order,
international money order or bank check (but there may be an additional
fee
from the bank to you). Later payment is
not acceptable.

Partial payment upon arrival
in Nicaragua
This option is valid only for students who are
coming to Nicaragua via
the international airport in Managua. To become eligible for this
type of
partial payment, you must fulfill the following requirements:
You must provide a copy of your confirmed itinerary and plane ticket
(scanned copy is OK) AND A telephone number, so we can call you
and confirm your request. AND you must send to us your registration
form already filled out.
You will be picked up at the airport by an Ave Nicaraguita associate
(the associate will be holding a sign containing your name and
logo of Ave Nicaraguita).
You must accept to pay the USD $ 50 deposit in cash at the time
of being
picked up at the airport in Managua + $30 dollars for the ride Managua-Granada.
The Ave Nicaraguita associate must give you a payment receipt right
at the moment. Always ask for a receipt as a proof of your payment.
In your registration
form, you must indicate the acceptance of all this requirements.
In all cases, full payment is required before your first class.

If you are in Nicaragua
Because Ave Nicaragüita offers continuous
instruction, you may register anytime
to begin the program of your choice on the date you indicate.
Come to our school in Granada,
Nicaragua.
(from Central Park, walk 5 blocks WEST, on La Libertad street ).
The school house is very nice house, located on “La Libertad”
& Ave Arellano.
It is ½ a block from the ancient city hospital.
Cash payment is accepted at the language center. Payment can be
also made by money order, or bank check (but there may be an additional
fee
from the bank to you). Always ask for a receipt as a proof of your
payment.
If you need to reserve a place for a later date, there is a USD
$50 deposit.
At the center, you will be asked to fill out a registration form,
and to sing an agreement with "Ave Nicaragüita, Your
Spanish School."

NOTICE
We have special prices for those students enrolling
for more than two weeks.
You get 5% discount for if you pay
your $50 deposit 2 weeks before your intended day of class. This
reservation helps to organize better your program and accommodations.
Thank you.
Classes can be set up for mornings or afternoon sessions during
week days and weekend. When filling out your registration form,
indicate your preferred scheduled.

Cancellation Policy
There will no be refund of your deposit if you
cancel your program, regardless of the cancellation date. Students
who have completed their payment for several weeks, are entitled
to full reimbursement of non-initiated weeks minus the reservation
deposit.
